　　2012年度黑龙江省大庆市引进海内外人才公告于近日发布，今年大庆市企事业单位计划引进人才1948名，全面落实人才发展规划。具体安排如下：

　　一、人才引进条件

　　(一)事业单位引进人才资格条件

　　1、名校毕业生

　　(1)市属、大同区所属事业单位引进名校毕业生，应具有全日制“985工程”院校本科以上(须为一表录取)、“211工程”院校硕士研究生以上(本科要求为全日制)或其他院校博士研究生以上学历和相应学位。本科毕业生年龄在25周岁以下(1987年1月1日以后出生)，硕士毕业生年龄在30周岁以下(1982年1月1日以后出生)，博士毕业生年龄在35周岁以下(1977年1月1日以后出生)。

　　(2)肇州县所属事业单位引进名校毕业生，按引进计划中的岗位要求执行。

　　(3)非应届毕业生须在改派期之内，2013年毕业生符合岗位要求可报名。

　　(4)符合岗位要求的其他条件。

　　2、高层次人才

　　(1)引进高层次人才，应具有本科以上学历，副高级以上专业技术职务任职资格，年龄原则上在40周岁以下(1972年1月1日以后出生)，个别岗位可放宽到45周岁以下(1967年1月1日以后出生)。

　　(2)符合岗位要求的其他条件。
