一、招聘条件

一般应在海外取得博士学位，年龄不超过55岁，身体健康，且符合下列条件之一(条件特别优秀的可适当放宽)：

二、招聘对象

符合公司专业发展方向的研究团队、重点科技项目负责人、实验室负责人和技术带头人等海外高层次人才。

三、相关待遇

国家电网公司为引进人才提供优厚的工作和生活待遇：

1.为每位引进人才提供2000万元的科研启动经费，引进人才可自主确定研究方向及课题、自主组织研究团队、自主使用研究经费。

2.薪酬由双方协商确定，并确保不低于引进人才在国外的收入水平。
