An der Universität Erfurt ist am Max-Weber-Kolleg für kultur- und sozialwissenschaftliche Studien in Verbindung mit der Staatswissenschaftlichen Fakultät im Rahmen des Professorinnenprogramms II zur Förderung der Gleichstellung von Frauen und Männern zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt folgende befristete Stelle (vorerst für 3 Jahre) im Umfang von 40 Wochenstunden zu besetzen:

für eine/-n Postdoktoranden/-in
(Wissenschaftliche/-r Mitarbeiter/-in, Entgeltgruppe 13 TV-L, 100 %)
Wir suchen eine/-n promovierte/-n Nachwuchswissenschaftler/-in, die/der Expertise in einem Forschungsfeld des am Max-Weber-Kolleg verfolgten Forschungsprogramms sowie hervorragende Kompetenzen in einem der an der Staatswissenschaftlichen Fakultät vertretenen politik-, sozial-, rechts- oder wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Fächer besitzt.
Ihre Aufgaben umfassen, ein eigenes Forschungsprojekt zu konzipieren und durchzuführen sowie sich an der Universität Erfurt wissenschaftlich weiter zu qualifizieren. Erwartet wird, dass Sie am Programm des Max-Weber-Kollegs und an kooperativen Forschungsvorhaben zwischen dem Max-Weber-Kolleg und der Staatswissenschaftlichen Fakultät mitwirken. Ihre Lehrveranstaltungen im Umfang von 4 LVS pro Semester führen Sie an der Staatswissenschaftlichen Fakultät durch.
